By improving neuromuscular efficiency, the body will be able to recruit more muscle fibers and improve overall strength, speed, power and quickness. Our program improves movement technique, injury reduction and rehabilitation, liner and lateral speed, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, functional strength training and energy system development. Dynamic Fitness believes in using proprioceptive training modalities to improve neuromuscular efficiency and then building endurance, speed, quickness and power.

Dynamic Fitness offers a unique training program that builds on athletic ability and strength and conditioning while staying focused on each athlete’s individual ability and skills. Athletes will be closely supervised while they go through an intense 90 minute workout with attention directed towards proper technique and safety.
