What is fascia stretching? Fascia is the substance that surrounds muscles and other soft tissues in your body. It has the consistency of a rubber band and allows our body’s to rebound to it’s original position after elongation.

With Fascia Stretching, we stretch the fascia until it shreds and this thinning of the fascia allows the body to attain optimal mobility. This process assists in increased flexibility, allow for optimal muscle contraction and strip scar tissue or excessive dense fascia. Consequently this increases blood flow, lymphatic drainage, ligament and tendon elasticity, oxygenation to all tissues and eliminate waste and toxins.
